A\u00a0video<\/a> of a \u201cholistic pediatrician\u201d from a public hearing at the Connecticut Capitol in 2020 claims that adjuvant boosters in vaccines cross the blood-brain barrier and cause many terrible health conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”The Facts:” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text css=””]Aluminum is the third most abundant element on earth and is present in many of the foods we eat, in much higher quantities than found in vaccines. Any aluminum injected from vaccines is metabolized in the body, and\u00a0the vast majority of it is excreted within weeks<\/a><\/p>\n

Is injecting\u00a0aluminum\u00a0different from ingesting it? Studies show us that the\u00a0aluminum\u00a0adjuvant is absorbed by the body so slowly<\/a>\u00a0that it raises the level of\u00a0aluminum\u00a0in the body negligibly.\u00a0 But does it cross the\u00a0blood-brain barrier,<\/a>\u00a0as suggested in the video?<\/p>\n

Because the\u00a0blood-brain\u00a0barrier\u00a0is actually quite good at keeping out those things it doesn\u2019t need, such as proteins and viruses, we can be assured that aluminum adjuvants do not cross this\u00a0barrier. This excellent video by\u00a0Dr. Paul Offit\u00a0<\/a>explains the details about how the BBB works to protect us and our\u00a0brains.<\/p>\n

Even though we are reassured that aluminum adjuvants do not cross the BBB, there are\u00a0some studies<\/a>\u00a0that show people with Alzheimer\u2019s may accumulate more aluminum in their brains, the causation is less clear. It may be the degeneration makes the brain more\u00a0susceptible<\/a>\u00a0to collecting aluminum.\u00a0But one\u00a02001 study<\/a>\u00a0suggests that vaccines may protect against developing Alzheimer\u2019s.<\/p>\n

How about neurodevelopmental differences or autoimmune issues?<\/p>\n

Plenty of evidence<\/a>\u00a0tells us that vaccines do not cause autism. Not only do the studies done to date show vaccines are not in any way linked to autism, but\u00a0studies<\/a>\u00a0indicate disorganization of the prefrontal cortex in the brains of autistic people. This finding links autism to development that takes place before birth. Of all the\u00a0risk factors<\/a>\u00a0for developing autism, we know genetics looks the most likely and being vaccinated is not among them.<\/p>\n

While molecular mimicry is a real phenomenon, its portrayal in the speech as a widespread issue caused by vaccines is misleading. The immune system is highly sophisticated and capable of distinguishing between self and non-self. This\u00a0article<\/a>\u00a0looks at current research to conclude that vaccines with aluminum adjuvants do not cause autoimmune\/autoinflammatory syndromes.
