It also claims that its ingredients\u2014such as mercury, aluminum, and formaldehyde\u2014are toxic, leading to long-term health problems.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”The Facts:” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text css=””]The tweet where this video was published also contained studies for us to look at and discuss:<\/p>\n

“The PENTAGON published a study in which they said the flu shot not only primes you for flu, it primes you for coronavirus,”<\/em>\u00a0followed by the\u00a0study<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s look at what this study says. The first line of the conclusion states that getting the flu vaccine did not cause people to be more likely to get other viruses. It also says that the flu vaccine provided strong protection\u2014not just against different types of\u00a0flu<\/a>\u00a0but also against other illnesses like parainfluenza, RSV, and other non-flu viruses. Plus, the Department of Defense still\u00a0requires<\/a>\u00a0the flu vaccine.<\/p>\n

“Flu Vaccine Causes 4.4X More Illness,”<\/em>\u00a0with the source, a\u00a0study<\/a>\u00a0that\u00a0looked at 115 children.<\/p>\n

The above study also examined about 6,000 adults and\u00a0found that getting a flu vaccine\u00a0was associated with\u00a0fewer<\/strong>\u00a0instances of\u00a0other non-flu respiratory illnesses.\u00a0Cherry-picking<\/a>\u00a0data they like is a regular tactic of the anti-vaccine world.<\/p>\n

“Flu Vaccine Enhanced Coronavirus,” with the accompanying\u00a0source<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This study shows that getting a flu shot does not make you more likely to catch COVID-19 or have a worse case of it. Instead, vaccines help protect against serious illness from many viruses, including the flu and COVID.<\/p>\n

“Vaccine Pathogenic Priming.”\u00a0<\/em>The accompanying\u00a0source<\/a>\u00a0was written in 2020, well before any COVID vaccine was introduced\u00a0and was written by a well-known anti-vaccine figure.<\/p>\n

The best evidence we have from\u00a0real-world data<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0clinical trials<\/a>\u00a0shows that vaccines do exactly what they\u2019re supposed to do: protect people from getting very sick. The idea that vaccines make infections worse is based on\u00a0outdated science<\/a>,\u00a0misleading arguments<\/a>, and fear, not facts.<\/p>\n

Remember that getting a COVID vaccine will\u00a0strengthen the immune system<\/a>\u00a0by providing your body with the tools it needs to recognize and fight the virus more effectively.<\/p>\n
