Extensive study\u00a0shows\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nap.nationalacademies.org\/read\/13563\/chapter\/7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no evidence<\/a>\u00a0that vaccinated children develop more allergies, autoimmune problems, or developmental disorders; what they do gain is reliable protection against serious infections that can scar\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voicesforvaccines.org\/anyone-could-get-long-covid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lungs<\/a>, damage\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voicesforvaccines.org\/what-measles-sspe-did-to-my-family\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brains<\/a>, or end\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.voicesforvaccines.org\/remembering-jennifer-hpv-story\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lives<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Put together, the scientific literature shows that vaccinated-versus-unvaccinated comparisons have been done, placebo studies do exist where ethical, and neither line of evidence supports the claim that vaccines harm children.
