COVID vaccines actually protect against serious cardiac events and stroke in\u00a0people who have had previous COVID infections<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This is not the first time someone claimed that mRNA vaccines can cause autoimmune damage.\u00a0Ryan Cole\u00a0has previously claimed\u00a0that a journal-published\u00a0paper<\/a>\u00a0showed that mRNA vaccines caused cancer and\u00a0autoimmune\u00a0issues.<\/p>\n

But the lead author of that paper emphasizes that there is\u00a0no evidence<\/a>\u00a0for these claims. The author notes that over\u00a0the last 10 years, many clinical trials have tested mRNA vaccines. None of these studies found that the vaccines caused autoimmune diseases. Also, no research has shown that autoimmune diseases show up months later after vaccination.<\/p>\n
