CNN reporting on this incident, especially RFK Jr. attending the funeral, is not about emotional manipulation. It\u2019s about accountability and public awareness.<\/p>\n<p>Pointing out that 98% of the 481 measles cases in Texas were in unvaccinated or vaccine-status-unknown individuals is not blaming anyone.\u00a0These are epidemiological facts. Measles outbreaks simply don\u2019t spread through highly vaccinated communities.<\/p>\n<p>As HHS Secretary, Robert Kennedy Jr. has a clear and urgent responsibility to promote evidence-based health measures, including the MMR vaccine. Supporting a safe, effective vaccine isn\u2019t about obedience, it\u2019s about protecting lives. It\u2019s especially reasonable to question the timing of his endorsement of the MMR vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s really happening here is a rhetorical sleight of hand. The tweet reframes journalistic scrutiny as persecution, rebrands science-based recommendations as tyranny, and paints Kennedy as a victim rather than a powerful figure responsible for safeguarding national health. Public health officials before him, regardless of party, have endorsed vaccines not out of obedience but out of evidence and necessity.<\/p>\n<p>The call for Kennedy\u00a0to promote the MMR vaccine isn\u2019t a demand for compliance, it\u2019s a call for leadership, transparency, and responsibility. Manufacturing a small number of\u00a0vaccines\u00a0for a trial is different from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.pfizer.com\/pfizercom\/How_Pfizer_Scaled_Up_Manufacturing_Covid19_10182022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manufacturing<\/a>\u00a0thousands of doses at a time.\u00a0Process\u00a01\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0small batch\u00a0process, while\u00a0process\u00a02 is\u00a0the\u00a0scaled-up version. Although\u00a0the\u00a0processes\u00a0are different, they are both held to\u00a0the\u00a0same safety and quality standards, and the vaccines they make have to be the same.<\/p>\n<p>Original claims that DNA plasmids were found in mRNA vaccines at a higher proportion of mRNA to DNA than is allowed by FDA guidelines stem from a previous preprint\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthfeedback.org\/claimreview\/claim-covid-19-mrna-vaccines-dna-contaminants-study-unknown-provenance-no-evidence-covid-19-mrna-vaccines-alter-dna-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3Dad7ae138e8%26e%3D7362aa7434&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1744330726045000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2I4xVAq1-2sUtP6xWapVc8\">paper<\/a>\u00a0acknowledging that one limitation of\u00a0the\u00a0study is\u00a0the\u00a0&#8220;unknown provenance of\u00a0the\u00a0vaccine vials under study.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>They also note that\u00a0the\u00a0vaccines arrived without proper cold chain\u00a0processes\u00a0and were all expired. The CDC and FDA check out serious reports, but\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wonder.cdc.gov\/vaers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">just being listed in VAERS<\/a>\u00a0doesn\u2019t mean the vaccine caused a death or adverse event. Many reports are missing information, haven\u2019t been confirmed, or have nothing to do with the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>We know that COVID\u00a0vaccination\u00a0has\u00a0saved millions of lives in the United States.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cidrap.umn.edu\/covid-19\/report-covid-19-vaccines-saved-us-115-trillion-3-million-lives\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">One study<\/a>\u00a0found that, by November 2022, vaccines helped prevent more than 3 million deaths and 18 million hospitalizations across the country. Vaccines are vital in reducing serious illness and saving lives.<\/p>\n<p>The video also claims\u00a0that the FDA and CDC added COVID vaccines to the schedule of vaccines for kids even though they aren\u2019t fully approved for children under 12. That\u2019s not true. These vaccines have gone through careful testing, and some versions are fully approved for certain age groups. If a vaccine is allowed under\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/consumers\/consumer-updates\/understanding-regulatory-terminology-potential-preventative-and-therapeutic-drugs-covid-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Emergency Use Authorization<\/a>\u00a0(EUA), it still means the FDA checked a lot of data to make sure it\u2019s safe and works for children. EUA is often used during health emergencies when time is important, but it still requires strong safety testing.<\/p>\n<p>Although COVID\u00a0often causes milder symptoms in children compared to adults, it can still lead to severe illness. From December 19, 2021, to February 19, 2022,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/mmwr\/volumes\/71\/wr\/mm7111e2.htm?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hospitalization rate<\/a>s for children aged 0\u20134 years reached 14.5 per 100,000, and babies younger than 6 months accounted for 44% of these hospitalizations.\u00a0About 63% of hospitalized children had no underlying health conditions.
