Importantly, epidemiological studies have found\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chop.edu\/centers-programs\/vaccine-education-center\/vaccine-ingredients\/sv40\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3D6e74be5034%26e%3Dfc0735be13&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1683309291798000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1fLiVt3KC9KnPdmtPgHr7K\">no increased risk of cancer<\/a>\u00a0in those who received these vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, a promoter gene (a DNA sequence that starts RNA transcription)\u00a0of SV40 has been\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s12033-014-9738-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3D9a66a2ecec%26e%3Dfc0735be13&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1683309291798000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1-pzJxWGFWWzqMt9u7SMED\">found<\/a>\u00a0to promote a high level\u00a0of gene expression for producing proteins in mammalian cells and has been used in developing\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scirp.org\/html\/2-5100106_44968.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3D841604b3f9%26e%3Dfc0735be13&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1683309291798000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1q46zKeuqk0GNiqBghzqMA\">DNA vaccines<\/a>. The process uses just the promoter gene and\u00a0not the virus itself or any part of the DNA sequence that encodes for the T antigen of SV40.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, no evidence exists that mRNA COVID vaccines contain SV40 genes, aside from a single\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com\/1i4tp3q-Sequencing%20of%20bivalent_4-11-23.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" \/>a member of the Public Health Integrity Committee formed by Ron DeSantis and overseen by surgeon Joseph Ladapo. and an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/piccaura\/status\/1457034183046533129\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3D6df9eabb0b%26e%3Dfc0735be13&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1683309291798000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0ttbpmytft8wgGjtoO-OMH\">AIDS denier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0paper\u00a0claims that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines lead to an excess risk of serious adverse events. But Table 2 of the paper shows that in almost every category for both risk difference and risk ratio, the confidence interval was 0, essentially stating that statistically, \u201cno difference was observed.\u201d\u00a0Multiple peer-reviewed studies have shown that serious adverse events from the COVID vaccine are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopkinsmedicine.org\/health\/conditions-and-diseases\/coronavirus\/is-the-covid19-vaccine-safe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3D4f73b201bd%26e%3Dfc0735be13&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1683309291798000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3BN3P4_hDrpgwqiHExjTU9\">rare,\u00a0<\/a>and the benefits of vaccination outweigh its risks.<\/p>\n<p>While wildly overstating the number of serious adverse events from the COVID vaccine, the cardiologist also falsely conflates the COVID vaccine with the 1976 swine\u00a0flu\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2094741\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/voicesforvaccines.us6.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u%3De17a65409cd8f13ba7e58cc97%26id%3D6b830723aa%26e%3Dfc0735be13&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1683309291798000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2x1MYLmpO1EG6JJkDgBzCm\">RotaShield<\/a>\u00a0vaccines and their withdrawal from the market. The decision to withdraw\u00a0these vaccines was not exclusively based on adverse events.<\/p>\n<p>These decisions also weigh vaccine benefits versus risks. In the two cases of withdrawn vaccines, the vaccine\u2019s benefits did not outweigh the risks.
