I immunize not only for the health of my two boys, but for the health of our community as a whole. I believe in the strength of "community immunity". There are babies who are too young to vaccinate, older people with suppressed immune systems, and the immunocompromised whom we must protect. Measles is one of the most contagious viruses around. Pertussis is violently dangerous. Flu can and does kill. We love and care about our community, therefore we vaccinate!
