Never had a vaccine reaction but have had anaphylaxis to two medications and, in August, a severe anaphylactic reaction to food requiring 2 epipens plus everything else. Took my Zyrtec this morning and my first Covid vaccine this afternoon. No issues whatsoever as of yet. I will definitely have my epipens with me at all times but I’m glad I feel fine
